My Story
Imagine a woman who felt seen as "strong" but not nourished. Who raised children, carried invisible burdens, and postponed her own voice...only to reclaim her life through therapy. That journey of grief, rediscovery, study, and deep practice became the garden I now cultivate in my psychological backyard, bringing its metaphor into my therapeutic space.
My path to this work started from a lifelong honoring of mental health and emotional presence, rooted in early grief and growing through personal transformation. As a Russian-speaking immigrant, I understand firsthand what it means to build a life from scratch in a new country, often putting dreams on hold to focus on survival and stability. I know the weight of generational trauma, the challenge of navigating between worlds, and what it feels like to carry invisible burdens while appearing strong to everyone else.
My academic roots are in English linguistics, and writing continues to be one of my creative passions, another way I explore the human experience. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Graduate Certificate in Infant Mental Health from the Erikson Institute.
I completed my coaching training through iPEC and am accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Currently, I'm pursuing additional certification to work with families of infants and young children, always deepening my skills to bring a holistic, informed approach to our work together.
Beyond my practice, I volunteer as an emotional support consultant for a nonprofit helping domestic abuse survivors and have worked with Ukrainian refugees, understanding the unique challenges that come with trauma, displacement, and rebuilding. These experiences have taught me that healing is both deeply personal and collectively rooted in our shared humanity.
Whether our work involves trauma healing, parenting support, or simply creating space to pause and breathe, my clients come to cultivate their own root systems and step into their seasons of flowering. I founded my practice to create a space where magic, feminism, and emotional liberation coexist, where clients can slow down, plant seeds, and flourish.
