Supporting you
through life’s seasons
Whether you're seeking traditional therapy, need guidance through major transitions, want support for your family, or are drawn to alternative approaches like nature-based healing, I offer multiple pathways to growth and healing.
My work spans individual therapy, couples counseling, parenting support, and specialized consultations. I also integrate creative and nature-based approaches for those seeking something beyond traditional talk therapy. Each service is designed to help you feel more grounded, authentic, and capable of creating the life you want.

From fertility journeys and pregnancy to postpartum transitions and early parenthood, this work is tender and transformative. Together, we'll make space for all of it: the joy, the fear, the guilt, the identity shifts. My approach is attachment-based and rooted in infant mental health and nervous system awareness. I understand the unique challenges of adjusting to parenthood and provide support for postpartum depression, anxiety, and the complex emotions that come with this major life transition. We'll work on developing confidence in your parenting instincts while addressing any concerns about your child's development or your relationship with them.

I help couples slow down, untangle patterns, and reconnect with themselves and each other. Whether you're navigating conflict, transitions, parenting stress, or rebuilding after rupture, I offer a grounded and nonjudgmental space to do the work together. We'll explore communication patterns, understand triggers, and develop tools to strengthen your relationship. My approach recognizes that healthy relationships require both partners to feel seen, heard, and valued. I also work with families to improve dynamics and help everyone feel more connected and understood.

Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or just feeling like something's off, you don't have to go through it alone. Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and deeply attuned to your story. I draw from trauma-informed and IFS-informed practices to support healing, clarity, and grounded change for individuals of all ages. We'll work together to understand patterns that no longer serve you, develop coping skills that actually fit your life, and create space for you to reconnect with your authentic self. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.

Supporting young children means supporting the whole system. I offer developmental and relational guidance for families of infants and young children, drawing from play-based, reflective, and strengths-focused frameworks. As a certified DIR/Floortime specialist with training in infant mental health, I help families understand their child's developmental needs and strengthen parent-child relationships. Sessions are flexible, creative, and designed with both the child and caregivers in mind. This work focuses on building secure attachment, supporting healthy development, and addressing any concerns about your child's emotional or developmental progress.

Young people face unique challenges as they grow and develop their sense of self. Using play-based, developmentally appropriate approaches, I help children and teens navigate emotions, relationships, and life transitions. My work with young clients is creative, flexible, and designed to meet them where they are developmentally. For children, this might involve play therapy, art, or storytelling. For teens, we might focus on identity development, peer relationships, family dynamics, or academic stress. I also work closely with parents and caregivers to support the whole family system, recognizing that a child's wellbeing is deeply connected to their environment and relationships.

I'm expanding my offerings to include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy integration support for clients working with licensed medical providers who provide KAP. I'm also developing group workshops and healing retreats that blend my therapeutic approach with community connection and immersive experiences. These will incorporate elements like nature-based healing, creative expression, and collective support. Stay tuned for announcements or sign up for my mailing list to be notified when these offerings become available.
